200: Eric Duril
100 pages ago Trevor wrote a letter. At long last we see what it said.
The flashback arc is over for now. I’ve established a large number of plot threads but you’ll just have to wait for them to be explored.
As a bonus… have a wallpaper to commemorate 200 pages.
Is it possible to fall in love with a character from one page of minimal context and a wallpaper?
If so, consider me added to Eric’s rabid fangirl posse. If he doesn’t have a rabid fangirl posse with looks like that, color me surprised.
….I just realized. That sword on the bottom; that’s the one Jericho melted, isn’t it?
i happened to notice the paper on the work bench has Al’s blood seal on it and the circle on the floor is Edward’s human transmutation circle just had to say that i saw them
Nifty! I think that at some point I’m going to have to reread everything from the beginning.
I have to admit I also like Eric, but that might just be the name ;).
I’m getting a somewhat Holmesian vibe from Trevor’s big(?) brother. It might be the strange way he takes the information of his brother being in jeopardy, the existence of a presumed dead clan of necromancers, and the other dire things listed in the letter in perfect stride, or it might be the pithy remarks he slings around with utter nonchalance, but he seems like a good chap to entrust a mystery to.
I’d also like to comment on the improvements in your art, Degulus. A lot of characterization comes of the few lines and panels this guy is in. You’ve gotten a lot better at posing and writing over the past 200 comics, and it shows.
