This is very true. I also have O- and it is the worst blood type in the system besides those non-natural ones. It is hell to have that blood since you can’t get blood from any other type and not have problems.
Actually, wait, wouldn’t the same thing have happened to Trevor? His Green eye and new organs would reject/react to the A+ blood they were now being fed.
-O is the universal donor, all blood types can accept it. as for organ rejection I think given that alot of blood is the original’s it would have prevented rejection. My guess is thats why Trevor’s right arm is bandaged, its nt his. Also Trevor would not have had an immediate rejection if it even did they have treatment for that.
I admit I know more about blood transfusions than organ transplants. But there are a few key things to note.
Trevor isn’t exactly in peak physical condition after the whole ordeal. Despite Azgrut’s claims of how much he grew… Trevor’s growth is actually severely stunted. He’s only a foot or 2 taller than he was when he was 12 (the time of the accident).
The other thing to keep in mind is that Thal’nasia is a country of magic users who are cut off from normal human society and would have completely different tools at their disposal medically. It goes deeper than “it’s magic I don’t have to explain” It’s more that I couldn’t even begin to explain how different it would be because of magic. Every single disease and ailment from cancer down to the common cold would have a completely different treatment than what we’re familiar with.

Clever, disguising this as Heterochromia Iridum (had to look that up) on Trevor. I did not see this coming.
